Information and infographics

During my time as a volunteer educator at Purkal Youth Development Society (PYDS), a CBSE-affiliated school on the outskirts of Dehradun providing holistic care and quality education to underprivileged children - I conceptualized and led a three-week workshop titled “Information and Infographics.” Recognizing a need for creative exposure beyond the standard curriculum, I designed this program to teach Grade 8 students how to navigate, categorize, and visualize complex data. By bridging the gap between traditional academics and professional design thinking, the workshop culminated in student-led infographic posters focused on local village awareness, equipping them with the essential communication tools needed for the modern world.
